Honor V10 | The Best Mid-range Phone In The World

Huawei Honor is one series that has changed the midrange smartphone dynamics throughout the world. Honor V10 has all the great specs of its flagship sibling Mate 10 but at a very competitive price.

Honor V10 has flagship design as well, with razor thin bezels. Honor V10 has a 5.99 inch display with FHD+ resolution (2160×1080) which is the same as Mate 10 Pro. The screen has an aspect ratio of 18:9. Huawei has managed to fit the fingerprint sensor on the front of the phone despite the extremely narrow bezels. The phone is powered by Kirin 970 processor. Kirin 970 comes with NPU which focuses on machine learning and is said to be the most advance chip with artificial intelligence. This is one of the most powerful processors on the market and beats SD 835 in benchmarks as well.

The phone runs Huawei’s EMUI 8.0 which is based on Android Oreo. There are two versions of the phone. One comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and the other one with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. However in some markets, the Honor V10 comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

The phone has dual-cameras at the back. One is 16MP RGB sensor and the other one is 20MP monochrome sensor. There is DAF and dual-LED flash on board as well. Both sensors at the back have an aperture of f/1.8. There is a 13MP camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture. The phone misses Leica branding though. Honor V10 also comes with a headphone jack which plenty of 2017 phones are missing.

Honor V10 will start at $400, which is way less than other flagships. The phone has a flagship processor but a midrange price tag. We really like how Huawei is building its Honor series and the price is very affordable compared to other phones of same specifications. We highly recommend the Honor V10 to our readers.
